Finland’s Strongest Man and Woman 2023 competition and log punching cooperation
The Finnish Strongest Man and Woman competition, held at the Power Truck Show on 11-12.8.2023, was one of the highlights for powerlifting enthusiasts.

Last weekend’s Finnish Strongest Man and Woman competition at the Power Truck Show was one of the highlights for powerlifting enthusiasts across the country. The competition saw some incredible performances and the winners were deservedly crowned. We are proud to be part of this event and would like to congratulate all the competitors for their efforts. Special congratulations to Finland’s strongest Salla Romo, Jarkko Mehtälä and Antti Uimonen!
In the Finnish Strongest Man and Woman competition, competitors tackled 10 disciplines over two days. For example, they pulled a lorry, weighed logs, lifted Atlas stones and carried a 180 kg sack, among other things. The competition requires strength, endurance, speed and skill. Competitors competed in three different categories: women, men under 105 kg and men’s open category.
We will act as a partner for the push-ups in the race.

Thank you to the organisers, competitors, the public and everyone who supports the gymnastics events – it was great to be part of it!
