B/R-series JAK tree shears
The Guillotine unit enhances the operation of the JAK-tree shear and makes wood processing even more precise, versatile and safer. JAK-350 Guillotine unit cuts up to 350 mm tree trunk cleanly and effortlessly. In addition, for example, the breaking of small willows is easy thanks to overlapping blades.
When the blade is in the open position, it enables the tree shear to be used for effortless loading and, for example, handling ready piles without removing the blades. The unit works with the same additional hydraulics as the tree shear. When using the Guillotine unit, the jaws of the tree shear always close first and then the timber is cut with the cutting blades only after the closing of the jaws.
The high structure of the JAK-tree shear, combined with the two-stage cutting function, guarantees that even thick tree trunks remain firmly gripped by the jaws even after cutting. Separately closing blades make the work easier, even when clearing small thickets and tidying up bent twigs.
The Guillotine unit is available as an accessory and is installed at the lower part of the R-series timber tree shear, and it can also be easily added afterwards. If desired, the Guillotine unit can be made to work automatically with the jaws of the tree shear with one hydraulic system, and it does not need, for example, electricity.
The Guillotine unit can also be installed in connection with the guillotine unit block, which enables the use of the shear unit 1 Additional hydraulics from the line (outgoing/return). Separate additional hydraulics/electricity is therefore not required for the connection.
