This is a role that a b2b export expert who thrives on a wide range of work will thrive and excel in. You will be an important part of growing our sales and the growth of our niche market will be largely outside Finland’s borders. With an active and results-oriented approach, you will identify new customer bases and market areas and develop relationships with existing distributors and customers. At the moment, our playing field consists of Europe and North America, but we are growing and we are really interested in expanding to, say, Kangaroo country. 🇦🇺🦘

Together with our team, you will be responsible for project needs assessment, tender calculations, and collaborate with design, product development and production. In this role, you will not only be responsible for “just” the commercial details, but as an expert you will also be able to take a position on the technical solutions of our products (with the support of our team, of course) – helping our customers to be more successful in expert sales!

The role gives you the opportunity to influence exports at both a strategic and practical level, and to do this you will closely follow the industry and competitors, attend trade fairs and work with JAK Marketing.

What kind of person are we looking for?

We are looking for a sales person with b2b export and new customer acquisition experience at a big T. We can teach you a lot, but you should already have a positive sales attitude and experience. As we said earlier, you can’t dodge the technical aspects of the role, so you need to have the ability (and willingness!) to embrace this angle too.

We hope you’ll be brave enough to jump into the cab of an excavator to demo our products, but as a solutions salesperson you’ll also have the ability to listen and really hear our customers. And because this is a truly international role, you’ll be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Any other language skills you may have would be a definite advantage!

We have a very close cooperation between production and administration, which means in practice that we work mainly in Mänttä. Due to the nature of the work, you will also be travelling from time to time.
