Tuomo Tuominen, an entrepreneur from Lappeenranta, reports positive experiences with the JAK-200R tree shear installed on his AVANT wheel loader. The tree shear has enabled him to move to a more efficient and safer way of utilising his own wood resources. <\/p>\n\n

Efficient use of wood from your own forest – the solution found in the JAK tree shear<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Tuominen’s company, Tuominen Klapi&Rengas, needs<\/a> a large amount of wood shavings every year for its own wood chip heating plant. Previously, the wood was bought from outside, but now it is collected from the company’s own forests and roadsides. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cThe JAK tree shear was chosen purely because it can be fitted directly to the AVANT with a suitable adapter. That was a big advantage over the competition,\u201d says<\/em> Tuominen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Why JAK-200R? Compatibility and a collector brought the solution <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

An important factor for the importation was that the JAK-200R tree shear was delivered ready to fit for a loader AVANT. This saved time and effort – no separate fitting was required. <\/p>\n\n

Another major benefit was the mass collector, which allows the collection of sticks and trunks in bundles instead of individual trees.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWith a collector, you can easily get large bundles that are easier to transport to the storage location,\u201d<\/em> Tuominen says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Excellent blade design and operational safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The JAK-200R blade model is designed for practical tasks: it does not always have to cut wood at a specific point on the blade, but can be cut on both sides of the blade. This makes it much easier to clear dense brushwood in particular. <\/p>\n\n

In addition, the safety aspect weighed heavily in the balance. When working on the road, working in an AVANT cab is safer than working with a clearing saw, for example. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cYou could do the same job with a clearing saw, but it’s not as safe – you’re safe from traffic in the wheel loader cab,\u201d<\/em> Tuominen says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The JAK tree shear has been a successful choice<\/strong> for the AVANT<\/strong> wheel loader<\/h3>\n\n

After a few weeks of use, Tuominen’s experience has been very positive. The size and power of the JAK-200R is well suited to the AVANT wheel loader and the work is effortless. <\/p>\n\n
