Splitmate firewood processor<\/h1>\n

The Exator SplitMate is a hydraulically operated, base-mounted firewood processor that handles loading, cutting and splitting in a single unit – directly from the cab. Compact and easily transportable, it processes the trees where they are and drops the finished clapboards directly into your desired location. It can be operated without electricity, with a single dual-function hydraulic system.<\/p>\n

Simple application process<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Loading the logs: a log lifter<\/strong> is used to lift the logs from the pile. One to three logs at a time can be lifted onto the machine to await transfer to the feed table.<\/li>\n
  2. Feed table: hydraulically<\/strong> movable table with a splitting force of 10 tons.<\/li>\n
  3. Log locking and measuring: the log<\/strong> is fed against the log stopper, which is adjusted to the desired firewood size. When the gripping leg is lowered, the feeding table can be withdrawn.<\/li>\n
  4. Cutting: the log<\/strong> is sawn to the specified length (maximum cutting diameter 400 mm). The logs are held firmly in place with a gripping coupler during the sawing phase. For long logs, an adjustable support is provided.<\/li>\n
  5. Splitting:<\/strong> the cut<\/strong> tree falls into the splitting chute, and the next feeding movement splits it hydraulically. The splitting wheel is interchangeable in 2, 4 or 6 sections.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
